How much does a professional cleaning cost?
Standard whole-home cleaning starts at $185 for a studio. Recurring biweekly plans drop the same clean to $149 — a maintained home takes less time to clean, so we pass the savings back. Airbnb turnovers start at $135 single or $115 on a Host Plan. Commercial spaces under 1,000 sq ft start at $225 one-time or $159 on a 2–5× weekly contract. What's the difference between Standard and Deep cleaning?
Standard covers everything on our published room-by-room checklist. Deep adds baseboards, door frames, switch plates, interior windows and sills, ceiling fans, vents, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors, and behind movable furniture. If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in 90+ days, we start with a Deep and then move onto Standard.
Do I have to be home?
No. We use a two-hour arrival window and store any keys or codes securely, returned when service ends. If we cannot get in and no entry method was provided, the visit is billed at 50%.
What about my pets?
Happy to work around them — please secure any pet aggressive toward strangers. Pet waste, litter boxes, and aquariums are handled as add-ons.
What if you break something?
You hear it from us the same day, in writing, with a photo. We carry general liability insurance. Please secure valuables before any visit.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free with 24+ hours' notice. Inside 24 hours, 50% of the fee applies. If we cancel inside 24 hours without an emergency, your next clean is half off.
How does the Airbnb Host Plan work?
Host Plan requires a standing arrangement with calendar access, and puts you ahead of one-time bookings in the schedule. Rates are ~20% lower per turnover than single bookings, and same-day emergency slots are prioritized.
